“Lover’s Final Breath”

Charcoal and pencil on paper.

An angel with the paper wings
Up fly she goes
To the love that wouldn’t meant to be
The sky rage with jealousy
Blowing the wind to wreck her wings
Sending the thousand thunder
Tormenting her soul
Draining her last strength
Spinning she falls
On her final breath
She cries with the tears of joy
She has chosen to love
And love giving her freedom
At last

  1. Beautiful work and touching. You are master to mix together nature, human, love and real life and feelings. Did you got my message ?
(it’s no hurry to reply, just asking if it has gone to junk mail)
    Have a nice day, Alf

  2. I was really moved by your image and words. There’s so much emotion in the illustration from the soft lovers’ face to the harsh reality of death conveyed by the birds. Simply captivating.
